Our process for international clients is set up in a manner that we can assist you with your agreements and parentage order so that you don’t need to be present in the U.S. . We can assist you with appointing a temporary guardian/or attorney-in-fact in case you are unable to be present for your child’s birth due to an emergency. We can accompany you with apostille the parentage order, applying for your child’s passport and traveling document upon your request.
